DC Semester Program Photo/Video Release

Note: During the DC Semester Program, the W&M Washington Center may be taking supplemental footage for an educational video to be used to promote and inform others about the DC Semester Program. TheWashington Center staff will also be taking and collecting photos to be used in future promotional materials such as the website, social media, or brochures. It is likely that students participating in the DC Semester Program will be filmed and/or photographed.

I give my consent for the W&M Washington Center or any entity or person authorized or designated by it to photograph, video or film the person named below during program training activities and related activities. I understand there will be no compensation to me. All negatives and positives, together with said prints, video or film are the sole property of the W&M Washington Center or the entity or person authorized or designated by it. I waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or film, and release and discharge the W&M Washington Center and the College of William & Mary, its Board of Visitors, the Commonwealth of Virginia and any of their respective agents, officers, employees or students from responsibility for any distortion or manipulation, whether intentional or otherwise, of photos, video or film taken of me. I also release and forever discharge these parties and persons from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs, video or film, including but not limited to, any claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.
